|Official name:||Book of Rage|
|First Appearance:||Green Lantern (Vol 5) #7|
|Used by:||Red Lantern Corps|
History[edit | edit source]
Origin[edit | edit source]
The Book of Rage was an artifact attributed to the Red Lantern Corps that was stated to contain fables of revenge so sweet.
The Third Army[edit | edit source]
After the War of The Green Lanterns, Lyssa Drak of the Sinestro Corps managed to flee with the Book of The Black but was captured by the newly inducted Green Lantern, Sinestro. He would capture Drak and imprison her in the Sciencells on Oa. In this time, she would be visited by the Guardians of the Universe who demanded to know the location of the Book of The Black. Drak, however, offered an exchange; she would give the Book of The Black in exchange for the Book of Parallax. However, she stated she would even take the Book of Rage to sate her hunger for stories and its content of stories of revenge was described as being sweet. However, the Oans determined she was not in possession of the Book of The Black and left her imprisoned whilst they searched for Sinestro who had acquired the artifact.
